The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing journal entries, and maintaining accurate records of fixed assets. Additionally, the role involves ensuring compliance with financial regulations, developing reporting mechanisms, and collaborating with internal teams to support financial decision-making processes. The position requires a keen eye for detail, strong leadership, and a dedication to maintaining financial integrity. Qualifications Proficient in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and reportsStrong Analytical Skills to assess financial data and provide actionable insightsExperience with Journal Entries in Accounting, including reconciliations and adjustmentsKnowledge of Finance principles, including budgeting and forecastingExperience in managing records and processes related to Fixed AssetsAttention to detail and accuracy in financial operationsExcellent organizational and leadership skillsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is a plusMinimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance rolesAbility to work on-site in Miami, FL, and collaborate effectively with the team
