Remodeling Specialist

Seeking a Remodel Specialist who has a vehicle and owns basic tools (specialty tools will be provided for your use.) We do maintenance and construction on properties in San Francisco and the surrounding areas. English speaking/writing is required. Skills: Finish Carpentry, & Cabinetry Installation Interior Trim, Baseboards, Casing and Molding Doors and Windows Framing, Painting, Drywall Siding and Exterior Trim, Stucco Basic Electrical Basic Plumbing Appliance Installation Staircases Requirements: Self-sufficient Hand and power tool proficient You own standard power tools and hand tools Able to lift fifty pounds Comfortable climbing a thirty foot ladder WILLING TO USE YOUR VEHICLE FOR WORK PURPOSES (mileage reimbursed.) Truck or van a plus! Speak and write in English fluently You will work independently at various locations but you will have a supervisor you can call if you need assistance. This job is Monday-Friday from 8am until 4:30pm. Punctuality and dependability is a must! Thanks for your interest and we look forward to working with you!
