Location: Macungie, PA Shift: 1st & 2nd Shift Pay Range: $20.00 - $21.25 hourly Employment Type: Contract-to-HireKey Responsibilities:Support daily packaging line operations and communicate job assignmentsMonitor performance to ensure quality, efficiency, and GMP complianceEnsure accurate completion of batch records and documentationAssist with line changeovers, startups, and lot transitionsConduct attendance checks and confirm proper staffing at shift startHelp assign line cleans and verify completionReport production metrics and escalate issues as neededAssist with deviations, investigations, and documentation correctionsProvide training and serve as a liaison between associates and supervisorsMay be required to work directly on the production line as neededQualifications:35 years of pharmaceutical or regulated packaging experience requiredAssociate's or Bachelor's degree preferredStrong documentation and organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft Excel and WordAbility to lead in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentEastridge Workforce Solutions is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
