Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a CNC Lathe Operator with Programing skills, based in Deerfield Beach, FL. The CNC Lathe operator will be responsible for interpreting technical drawings, and operating machinery to produce precision parts. Daily tasks include machining, troubleshooting equipment, ensuring quality control, and collaborating with the production team to meet project specifications and deadlines. Qualifications Some proficiency in CNC Programming, Programming, and optimizing machining processes is a plusAn understanding of Technical Drawing and interpreting blueprintsExperience with Machining and Milling techniquesAbility to operate and maintain CNC machinery effectivelyAttention to detail and strong problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with quality control standards and safety proceduresPrevious experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment is advantageousHigh school diploma or equivalent; certifications in machining or CNC programming are a plus
