We are also proud to be 100% employee-owned, giving every team member a stake in our success.ERMCO is looking for a Warehouse Associate that plays a vital role in supporting warehouse operations, transportation, and facility maintenance. This position involves operating vehicles, forklifts, and pallet jacks to transport goods, tools, and materials while ensuring timely, safe, and efficient handling. The Warehouse Associate also assists with housekeeping, shipping and receiving, event setup, and equipment care, contributing to overall company productivity and safety. This is a Monday-Friday in-office position.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesMaintain facility cleanliness: trash removal, sweeping, restroom cleaning, and grounds keeping.Stock and resupply of Corporate HQSet up and tear down for company meetings and events.Load, unload, and secure shipments; carry out shipping and receiving procedures.Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand tools to handle inventory, scrap wire recycling, and staging of outgoing materials.Assist with moving and assembling office furniture, equipment, and appliances.Clean and inspect tools, equipment, and machinery.Scan tools and materials for inventory tracking.Support other departments and special events as requested.Other tasks as requested by Management.Be available for overtime as needed.Experience, EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent.Valid Indiana driver’s license with no restrictions.Skilled in using hand and power tools; able to assemble/disassemble equipment.Strong organizational and follow-up skills.Professional presentation, time management, and communication skills.Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Positive, proactive, and energetic attitude with attention to detail.ERMCO, Inc BenefitsMedicalDentalVisionPTOBasic Life InsuranceSTD, LTD, Voluntary Life401kESOP!!
