Field Service Advisor - Motive Power

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Advisor to lead and support a team of field technicians servicing industrial battery systems on forklifts, chargers, and energy solutions equipment. This role is responsible for managing daily service operations, supporting technicians in the field, driving customer satisfaction, and improving team performance.What you will be doing: Lead and manage a team of field service techniciansCoordinate service calls, preventative maintenance, battery replacements, and emergency repairsSupport technicians with troubleshooting motive power batteries, chargers, and DC power systemsCommunicate with customers regarding repairs, timelines, and service recommendationsMonitor technician productivity, response times, and service KPIsReview work orders, repair estimates, and completed jobs for accuracy and profitabilityUtilize HubSpot (CRM) and Microsoft Office to manage service operations and reportingPartner with sales, operations, and parts teams to support customer needsEnsure all technicians follow safety procedures and company standardsWhat you will need: High School Diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious field service leadership experience preferredExperience with motive power, industrial batteries, chargers, or energy solutions strongly preferredWorking knowledge of forklift batteries, battery charging systems, or related industrial equipment preferredStrong leadership, communication, customer service, and organizational skillsProficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems such as HubSpot
