Data Analyst

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role Work closely with clients to understand their data questions and needs. Extract, evaluate, and interpret data to provide actionable insights. Recommend data-driven solutions for impactful military operations. Research, develop, and test data methodologies and generate cross-functional solutions. Contribute to impactful work and guide decision-making across multiple organizations.What You'll Need 2+ years of experience in designing algorithms and data manipulation using R, Python, or SQL. Knowledge of identifying new data sources and methods for improved data collection, analysis, and reporting. Ability to develop data pipelines and integrate data tools for self-service frameworks. Ability to collaborate with Intelligence and data analysis teams to support Intelligence products. Active TS/SCI clearance with willingness to take a polygraph exam.
