The company fosters a collaborative environment driven by passion for music and artist success.Role DescriptionWest End Entertainment is seeking a full(ish)-time A&R Intern to join our on-site team in Manhattan. As an A&R Intern, you will support artist scouting, research new talent, assist with music catalog organization, and contribute to creative development projects. Additional duties include assisting with administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and supporting artist relations to ensure smooth workflows. This position is unpaid.QualificationsStrong research and analytical skills to identify and assess new talentKnowledge of music trends paired with a passion for artist developmentExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work in a team settingOrganizational skills with the ability to multitask and handle administrative dutiesProficiency in music industry software and platforms is a plusAbility to work on-site in ManhattanFamiliarity with music industry operations or prior experience in A&R is a plus, but not necessary.A passion and hunger for working in music.
