Build and optimize supply chain planning and procurement across a multi-site manufacturing network for a growing beverage company Partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive planning strategy, operational efficiency, and business performanceOn-site position in Sonoma County, CAPosition OverviewThe Director of Supply Chain is responsible for leading purchasing and all aspects of planning across a multi-site manufacturing network, including demand, production, capacity, and distribution planning. This role focuses on improving planning processes, optimizing system utilization, and ensuring efficient, scalable operations.This position requires a hands-on leader who can operate in a complex, high-volume environment, drive cross-functional alignment, and support continued growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLead production planning across multiple manufacturing sites Oversee demand, capacity, and distribution planning to align production with customer requirements Develop and improve planning processes, tools, and systems to increase efficiency and scalability Drive effective utilization and continuous improvement of ERP and planning systems Build and maintain demand planning frameworks to support short- and long-term forecasting Support procurement activities, including cost analysis, vendor coordination, and contract oversight Develop and manage inventory planning strategies, including materials and packaging Create long-range production and capacity plans based on historical performance and growth projections Identify risks to supply, capacity, or fulfillment and proactively implement mitigation plans Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems to support reliable decision-making Partner cross-functionally with operations, finance, commercial, and technical teams to align planning and execution Develop and track key performance indicators across supply chain functions Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency, and quality Lead and develop team members across planning and supply chain functions Ideal Candidate Profile5+ years of experience in supply chain planning in beverage manufacturingDeep expertise in production planning, demand planning, and capacity planning Strong experience working with ERP systems and planning tools Experience implementing or optimizing ERP or planning systems preferred Background in multi-site operations and complex supply chains Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to build models and interpret data Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and teams Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment Strong communication and organizational skills Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, business, or related field preferred
