As a strategic business partner to Technical Operations Leadership, the Facility Human Resources Manager is responsible for employee relations, change management support, and ensuring adherence to the company's policies and procedures. This position will be supporting our gummy factory in San Antonio, TX and will be onsite Monday-Friday.Responsibilities include:Serving as a strategic Human Resources partner to leadership teams across assigned business unitsAligning HR initiatives and activities with corporate objectives, including employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, employee communications, and engagement programs.Advising and coaching leaders on company policies, procedures, and best practices to support effective business decisions and resolutionsSupporting organizational changes and transitions to ensure smooth implementation while minimizing employee impactDriving effective and timely communication strategies to support change management initiatives and HR updatesDesigning and implementing programs that support high-performing, inclusive, and engaged workplace cultureManaging complex, sensitive, and ambiguous employee matters while maintaining confidentiality and professionalismPartnering with leaders to ensure staffing goals are achieved and talent pipelines are developed for critical rolesGuiding leaders on compliance with applicable federal, state, and local labor laws and regulationsFacilitating training and development programs for leaders and employees to enhance organizational capability and effectivenessIdentifying barriers and roadblocks to our operations and partner with leaders to identify effective solutionsLeading change management and organizational development initiatives to support business growth and transformationManaging employee relation matters and providing guidance and support to employees and leaders while maintaining confidentialityDriving performance management, talent development, and succession planning processesEnsuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and HR standards while promoting accountability across the organizationPerform other duties as assignedQualifications5+ years of Human Resources Business Partner experience working within an HR strategic business partner model in addition to supporting manufacturing and/or closely related organizationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a closely related field required, Master's degree a plusStrong knowledge of government regulations related to employment such as FLSA, EEOC, ADA, FMLA, etc. Demonstrable experience analyzing and leveraging HR metricsFull understanding of all HR functions and best practicesExperience working within a Center of Excellence HR model highly preferredPreferred experience within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or pharma industryExposure to Six Sigma and/or Lean Manufacturing based organizationsExperience with HRIS platforms and Sedgwick preferredAs a condition of employment, the person must be prepared to support schedules across all shiftsIt is our business imperative to remain a very inclusive workplace.To our veterans and separated service members, you're at the forefront of our minds as we recruit top talent to join Nestlé.
