IP Litigation Associate

An exciting opportunity is available for an Associate to join a dynamic Intellectual Property Litigation team. This role is suited to a motivated legal professional with experience in patent and trade secret disputes, offering the chance to work on complex, high-value matters while contributing to the development of junior team members.Responsibilities:Manage and support patent and trade secret litigation matters.Handle cases from initial stages through to resolution.Take and defend depositions of witnesses and experts.Assist in developing case strategy and preparing legal arguments.Conduct detailed legal research and draft pleadings and submissions.Collaborate with colleagues across the litigation team.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior associates where appropriate.Qualifications:3–7 years’ experience in IP litigation, particularly patent and trade secret matters.Strong academic background with a high level of achievement.Solid experience gained within a recognised law firm environment.Proven ability to take and defend depositions.Experience mentoring or supervising junior associates is desirable.Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.Benefits:Competitive base salary ranging from $260,000 to $420,000.Opportunity to work on high-profile and complex IP litigation matters.Collaborative and high-performing team environment.Clear progression and professional development opportunities.If you are interested in this position, and you meet the requirements of the role, please click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your resume.
