Concrete Estimator | Englewood Cliffs, NJ | Full-Time | In-PersonPremier Concrete Systems is seeking a Concrete Estimator to join our team in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of concrete construction and estimating practices, along with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.Responsibilities:- Prepare detailed cost estimates for concrete projects.- Review project plans, specifications, and bid documents to identify scope and requirements.- Collaborate with project managers, as well as internal and field teams to ensure accurate and complete estimates.- Assist in preparing and submitting competitive bids, including takeoffs, pricing, andproposal documentation for upcoming projects.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry pricing, materials, and construction methods.Qualifications:- Minimum 3 years of experience in concrete estimating or related field.- Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications.- Proficiency with PlanSwift, BlueBeam and Microsoft Excel.- Excellent communication and organizational skills.- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
