Business Analyst, SME (Strategy, Policy, and Plans Support 2.3)

The individual will provide business process gap analysis and develop guidance documents for Government approval. Experience: Demonstrated ability to elicit requirements from diverse stakeholders. Minimum 8 years of experience in business process gap analysis and developing guidance documents for Government approval. Experience with data analysis techniques and visualizing the results via Microsoft Power BI or Tableau. Education: Master's Degree in Political Science, Public Policy, or another related domain. Clearance: Must be able to obtain, and maintain, a favorable DHS Fitness Determination. Salary is based on experience and qualifications.
