NY Mets Baseball & Softball Camps is now hiring for a seasonal Summer Camp Site Director for our youth baseball and softball camps hosted throughout the New York Metropolitan Tristate Area. NY Mets Camps is looking for a Summer Camp Site Director who is energetic, positive, and who loves to inspire our youth to make good choices and be accountable for their actions and decisions - all while having a great time! We provide the equipment, training, and curriculum. You provide the leadership, direction, and enthusiasm to ensure campers have a wonderful learning experience and leave camp with a love of the game, new friends, better baseball/softball skills, and an appreciation for the importance of personal accountability.Site Directors are directly responsible for managing and motivating a team of 15+ staff members while executing NY Mets Camps Operations Standards during our camp weeks. Your role is to ensure a safe camp environment for the staff, campers, and parents, and encourage staff to bring a positive and enthusiastic mindset to each day of camp.
