This role ensures all returned items are accurately processed, recorded, and routed according to company procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and process returned products following established guidelinesIdentify product condition and determine appropriate disposition (restock, repair, disposal, etc.)Perform data entry and update inventory records using warehouse systemsUse computers, scanners, and related equipment to document return statusSort, label, and organize returned items for the next step in the workflowMaintain accuracy and productivity standards within the returns departmentKeep workstations clean, safe, and organizedAssist with general warehouse support as neededRequirementsMinimum 6 months warehouse or returns processing experienceStrong computer and data-entry skillsAbility to follow instructions, procedures, and return workflowsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to stand, bend, and lift regularly in a warehouse settingReliable attendance and ability to work scheduled hoursPreferred SkillsExperience with RF scanners or warehouse management systemsPrior returns, inventory, or quality inspection experienceStrong problem-solving and communication skills
