Deputy General Counsel - Commercial

A company in the data center / digital infrastructure industry is seeking a Deputy General Counsel to support commercial and technology transactions and lead legal support for customer and partner agreements. Key Responsibilities:Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, technology, and customer agreementsAdvise internal teams on legal and business risksMaintain contract templates and legal processesSupport data center and infrastructure-related transactionsManage legal staff supporting sales and commercial operationsQualifications:JD and active U.S. law license~10+ years commercial / transactional experienceExperience with technology, cloud, or data center agreements preferredStrong business judgment and communication skillsPrior in-house experience preferred
