VDI Technical Support Analyst, AVPBusiness AnalystQuincy, MABankingJO-1804-584You will be joining one of the nation's largest custody banks in support of their VDI PMO. This team was created to support a global initiative to roll VDI's out to the entire organization. Our client is seeking a Business System Analyst to help with a global VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) program focused on migrating and on-boarding users. The BSA will work closely with the Project Managers and other Business Analysts to drive collaboration to ensure overall goals are met and work with the end-users and the technical teams to help gather and analyze the users' VDI session requirements. This position will also provide technical guidance/resolve end-users' VDI sessions desktop/application issues and support the application package VDI user testing.Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Desktop Support SpecialistExcellent verbal and written communication and presentation skillsAbility to interact professionally with both business and technical teamsExperience with desktop migrations and/or Citrix XenDesktop VDI preferredRequired Skills:Team player with professional and positive approachFlexible and can adapt easily to changing/evolving role requirementsCreative innovative and able to think outside of the boxStrong attention to detailEffective communicator
