(KDI) is the North American subsidiary of Karl Dungs GmbH & Co. KG (DUNGS). KDI oversees sales and support for the entire Americas region, including North, Central, and South America.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time Project Manager to join our team on-site in Blaine, MN. The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects on time and within scope. This role will initially support our business expansion and startup of a new manufacturing facility, working closely with internal teams and external consultants to ensure successful execution of established project plans. The Project Manager will focus on driving progress, maintaining organization, and ensuring alignment across teams. Over time, this role will support additional projects across the organization and contribute to building greater structure and consistency in project execution.Key Responsibilities:Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and close‐out across multiple initiativesDefine project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and success metricsDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgetsCoordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely deliveryIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issuesMonitor project performance and report progress, budget, and risks to stakeholders and leadershipFacilitate meetings, status updates, and clear communication across all project participantsManage change requests and ensure proper documentation and approvalsEnsure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and best practicesDrive continuous improvement in project management processes and toolsExecute project plans related to the relocation and startup of a manufacturing facility, ensuring timelines and milestones are metCoordinate cross-functional activities across operations, engineering, supply chain, and external vendorsTrack project tasks, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure consistent progressSupport implementation of layouts, workflows, and process improvements developed by internal teams and external consultantsIdentify risks, delays, or gaps and work with stakeholders to resolve issues in a timely mannerFacilitate project meetings, status updates, and clear communication across all participantsMaintain accurate and organized project documentation, schedules, and status reportsMonitor project progress and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholdersManage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously with strong attention to detailContribute to improving project tracking, reporting, and coordination practices across the organizationRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)3–7 years of project management or project coordination experienceDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with project tracking tools (e.g., Excel, MS Project, Asana, or similar)Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in manufacturing, operations, or industrial environmentsExposure to facility relocations, production environments, or equipment implementationFamiliarity with continuous improvement or operational workflowsProject management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plusCore CompetenciesStrong execution and follow-throughOrganization and attention to detailCross-functional coordination and collaborationClear and effective communicationProblem-solving and adaptabilityAbility to work in a fast-paced, evolving environmentWorking ConditionsPrimarily office-based with regular interaction in a manufacturing environmentOccasional travel may be requiredMay require extended hours during critical project milestonesEqual Employment OpportunityKarl Dungs Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
