Job TitleNaval Reserve Officers' Training Corps (NROTC) or Strategic Sealift Midshipman (SSM) Program ManagerJob DescriptionYou will manage the administrative activities of the Naval Reserve Officers' Training Corps (NROTC) or Strategic Sealift Midshipman (SSM) Programs.You will serve as the primary conduit for maintaining program continuity for all NROTC program requirements.You will provide senior officers and staff members training on multiple program requirements and processes.You will plan, develop and implement procedures for administrative data collection and advise Unit staff on correct procedures.You will conduct administrative orientation briefs for new students.You will prepare, collect, and administer various forms and correspondence in the NROTC student file and health records.
