A company is looking for a Drug & Alcohol Counselor to support individuals in overcoming substance addictions. Key Responsibilities Provide weekly counseling to members through various communication methods to monitor their recovery progress Onboard users with initial assessments to gather relevant behavioral health history Collaborate with other departments to enhance member experience and provide feedback for product development Required Qualifications Active California credential in good standing (CADC or LAADC) Bachelor's degree 2+ years of clinical experience delivering CBT/behavioral support for substance use disorders Proficiency with MI/MET, MAT coordination, and Relapse Prevention Ability to collaborate with cross-disciplinary healthcare teams
