Radiant System Fabricator, Apprentice

As a member of our Fabrication Team, you’ll be a key part of the business fabricating our professional-grade systems for our customers. In the apprentice role, you will be trained in radiant system fabrication by experts with years of experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Fabricate Custom Radiant Heat Pump Panels Assemble and test radiant heat system components Build custom crates for shipping Pack systems for outbound delivery Work independently with minimal supervision Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager Learn and become proficient in fundamentals of radiant heat technology PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS: Valid WA driver's license Strong mechanical aptitude. Strong work ethic with good attendance record. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work overtime as needed. Must be able to read a tape measure and be able to measure parts accurately to 1/16". Must be able to use hand tools such as hammers, wrenches, etc. Ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs Experience with power tools and equipment a plus Must be a team player Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.50 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
