As a CNA/HHA, you will be responsible for delivering essential personal care services tailored to meet the unique needs of our patients.Responsibilities:Assist with patient laundry when necessaryProvide medication remindersEnsure patient safetyReport significant changes in the patient's condition directly to their supervisorPrepare light meals and assist with patient feeding when requiredMonitor and record patient temperatureAssist patients with ambulationConduct range of motion exercises and other simple physical activitiesMaintain comprehensive documentation and adhere to care protocolsFollow privacy policies and infection control guidelinesOffer bathing assistancePerform light housekeepingProvide companion services, including letter-writing and readingRequirements:Must be 18 years of age or olderPossess a valid Driver's License and Auto InsuranceAbility to read, follow written instructions, and document care providedComply with training requirements as per State and Federal laws (training provided)Preferred: Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experiencePreferred: current CPR certificationPreferred: current tuberculosis (TB) testBenefits:Flexible scheduleCompetitive weekly pay ($14 - $16/hr.)Overtime payHoliday payDirect DepositCaregiver of the month and year awards (with a bonus)
