Year one is pure business development — prospecting, building pipeline, and closing new clients using the Sandler sales system. If you need a high base to feel secure, this is not the right fit. If you back yourself and want uncapped earning potential with a real path to a senior role, keep reading.What You'll Do in Year OneProspect consistently using a structured activity cookbookExecute the Sandler sales process with discipline from first contact through closeBuild relationships with CEOs and senior leaders in your target marketHit your numbers90-Day ScorecardBook and hold 14 ICP meetingsExecute the Sandler sales process consistentlyClose a minimum of one deal at $75K or aboveYear One Targets$400K in new revenue. $600K is the stretch goal. Strong first-year performers realistically land between $250K–$500K.Year One Compensation$65K base salary15% commission on all new revenue closedRealistic OTE: $100K–$155KUncapped upsideYear Two and BeyondAt 18 months, we have a career conversation. Based on performance and aptitude, you can remain in the sales role at the same structure — or transition to our consultant track, working directly with clients and managing 10-15 clients.
