We’re seeking an engineer with experience blending web and/or native applications with cutting edge generative AI backends to help us deliver highly customizable user interfaces.This role is new. It is our vision for the next generation of application developers - someone who is passionate about developing AI agents alongside user interfaces. If you’re using Cursor/WindSurf/Co-pilot daily to code, love Vercel’s v0 and Claude’s artifacts, tinker with prompts, agents, and frameworks like LangChain/Pydantic/Mastra for fun, build interfaces using React or other modern frameworks, and think that AI could be more useful for humans, we can’t wait to talk to you.What You’ll DoHelp build AI agents/systems/workflows that generate user interfacesConnect real data from a wide array of sources to dynamic user-defined applicationsDevelop UI components and frameworks that AI agents can assembleUse or build tools and pipelines to dynamically compile AI-powered appsWork closely with a small team of ambitious, creative developersPartner with design and research teams to define new paradigms for AI-human interactionEssential Qualifications4+ years experience developing complex web and/or native applicationsExperience building AI agents and/or agentic workflows, including prompts, tools, accessing and shaping data, and ideally inter-agent communicationSpeak our coding languages: Primarily TypeScript, bonus points for C#/.Net and/or PythonDeep expertise with modern component-based UI developmentProven ability to work with rich data sources and architect data flow through an applicationPassion for experimenting with new technologies and ability to iterate quickly in an exploratory R&D settingInterest in shaping new interaction models between humans and AINice to HavePrior work on generative UI systems, AI-assisted design tools, or adaptive dashboardsFamiliarity with data-heavy domains such as enterprises, healthcare, scientific, governmentSalary Range: $140,000 - $225,000Compensation & Benefits (Full-Time Employees)The salary range for this role is listed above.
