Let's work together to achieve outstanding results and take your real estate career to new heights.Compensation:$108,000Responsibilities:Work with active buyers from team-provided and self-generated opportunitiesConduct buyer consultations to understand goals, timelines, and criteriaEducate buyers on local market conditions across Contra Costa and Solano CountySchedule and conduct property showings and attend open housesPrepare and present offers and counteroffersGuide buyers through inspections, negotiations, and escrowCoordinate with lenders, listing agents, and transaction coordinationMaintain consistent communication and deliver a strong client experienceFollow team systems, processes, and follow-up standardsQualifications:Active California real estate license or in the process of obtaining oneStrong communication and client service skillsCoachable and open to feedback and trainingComfortable managing multiple active buyersOrganized, responsive, and detail-orientedExperience working with buyers preferred but not requiredMust live in Contra Costa or Solano CountyFamiliarity with the local market is strongly preferredAbout CompanyThe Davis Team is one of the top-producing real estate teams in California, built to help Listing Agents operate at a higher level through leverage, systems, and support.
