In this onsite role, you will lead analytical teams, manage agile projects, and guide strategic initiatives to optimize enterprise efficiency and support critical operational requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cost analytics team, ensuring complete alignment with departmental goals and strategic mission priorities.Cost & Supply Optimization: Develop, implement, and advance comprehensive cost optimization strategies and supply management initiatives to maximize operational efficiency.Agile Project Management: Direct project planning, assess and mitigate risk, and actively lead a cross-functional Scrum team to deliver analytical solutions.Data-Driven Policy: Conduct rigorous research, trend analysis, and statistical reporting to inform leadership and shape actionable policy recommendations.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Operations Research, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.Demonstrated expertise in Operations Research, Statistics, and advanced Data Analysis techniques.Proven track record in project planning, risk management, and leading Scrum/Agile teams.Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.Strong communication skills, specifically the ability to translate and present complex data insights clearly to non-technical audiences and leadership.Preferred:Direct familiarity with Naval Aviation, military operations, and defense decision-making processes.Applied experience with modern data visualization and statistical reporting tools.
