Seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a rewarding role working with children birth to 3 years and their families. This home and community-based position involves providing individualized early intervention services, developing and implementing the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP), and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include direct therapy, assessments, progress documentation, and acting as a service coordinator to support family needs and advocate for the child's development.Requirements include Massachusetts licensure, ASHA certification or CF eligibility, knowledge of early childhood development, strong communication skills, and reliable transportation.
