Speech Language Pathologist

Seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a rewarding role working with children birth to 3 years and their families. This home and community-based position involves providing individualized early intervention services, developing and implementing the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP), and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
