Guests travel from near and far to enjoy home-style favorites, the award-winning Sunday buffet, dinner theaters, weddings, and special events.SERVER - Part Time, SeasonalSummary of Position:Responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and timely service to guests while delivering food and beverages.Responsibilities:Greet guests and provide prompt, courteous service throughout their dining experienceAccurately take guest orders and submit them through the Point-of-Sale (POS) systemDeliver food and beverages in a timely manner and ensure guest satisfactionMaintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions Process credit cards and cash payments accuratelyEnsure alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages are served in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company proceduresSet tables, polish glassware, stock service areas, and complete side work as assignedAssist with bussing tables, running food, and seating guests as neededSupport banquet, buffet, wedding, theater, and special event operations as assignedMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentPerform other duties as assigned to support restaurant and lodge operationsPosition Requirements:Excellent customer service and interpersonal skillsStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively with guests and team membersAbility to accurately handle cash transactions and reconcile paymentsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detailMust be dependable, professional, and guest-focusedMust be able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidaysMust be able to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 25 lbs. regularly.
