Title: Insurance Litigation Coordinator Remote: PST/MST/CST 6 Month role About The Role DoorDash is seeking an Insurance Litigation Coordinator for a 6-month contract to support our dynamic Insurance Litigation team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with managers, paralegals, and attorneys on personal injury matters, assisting with case intake into the team's matter management platform. You will also play a key role in maintaining and enhancing existing processes and practices, contributing to the ongoing efficiency and effectiveness of the Insurance Litigation team. This role is fully remote. You're Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will... Collaborate with in-house paralegals and attorneys to acknowledge service of process, distribute incoming litigation mail, and handle new matter intake Update and maintain accurate case-specific details in the matter management system, including tracking deadlines, case updates, and settlement information for all matters Maintain and organize litigation files, including initial pleadings, discovery requests, motions, correspondence, and other relevant documents Issue legal holds for all insurance litigation matters to ensure compliance with preservation requirements Schedule depositions, onboard external payees, monitor settlement check processing, and manage financial aspects related to legal matters We're Excited About You Because... You have 1+ years of experience in a top law firm, in-house legal department, or a similar setting You hold an associate's degree in paralegal studies or a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university You thrive in fast-paced environments, possess strong technical and organizational skills, and excel at independently prioritizing tasks You are a team player with a proven ability to build strong interpersonal relationships and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders across multiple teams to achieve results.
