Job Description Healthcare -Pharmacist-OMH-26-00489Job DutiesAs a Pharmacist, you would be responsible for the provision of pharmaceutical care, including the review, dispensing andmonitoring of inpatient and outpatient medications. You would also be responsible for preparing IV admixtures, providingdrug information, conducting patient and family medication counseling sessions, supervising pharmacy aides, andparticipating in pharmacy and facility wide performance improvement activities.Schedule : Monday- Friday(no weekends, no holidays) 8:30 AM - 5:00 PMVaccination : MMR/ Hep B Background Check : HRM OMH Requirements - HPC orientation and TRUST Training/CPRMinimum QualificationsCandidates from outside state service may be considered for hire under the hiring for emergency limited placement -Statewide(HELPS) program. Candidates must be in possession of a license and current registration to practice pharmacyin New York State. OR Candidates can be considered for a competitive class appointment if they are reachable on the current Pharmacist eligible list.
