This role will be responsible for building and optimizing warehouse processes, managing last-mile delivery performance, and leading logistics teams to ensure operational excellence, on-time fulfillment, and cost efficiency as we scale across markets.Core ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage end-to-end logistics operations, including warehousing, dispatching, delivery, and reverse logisticsOversee self-operated warehouses: layout planning, inventory control, inbound/outbound accuracy, and process optimizationLead and develop the in-house driver team: hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance managementDesign and continuously optimize delivery routes to improve on-time rate and reduce mileage costsEstablish and enforce logistics SOPs, safety standards, and compliance policiesMonitor daily execution, troubleshoot operational issues, and coordinate real-time solutionsCollaborate cross-functionally with Tech, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketplace teams to align logistics with business needsTrack KPIs and drive improvements across delivery efficiency, warehouse accuracy, customer satisfaction, and unit economicsEqual Opportunity EmployerWeBox is an equal-opportunity employer committed to hiring based on merit, competence, performance, and business needs.
