Provide excellent customer service and answer patient questions and resolve issues. Collect of copays, standard deposits and deductibles. SCHEDULING: schedule physician ordered tests in accordance with department guidelines; correlate medical diagnosis with ordered tests/procedures for medical necessity purposes that is required to receive reimbursement.
