We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role Maximize equipment reliability and operational performance in fulfillment centers Provide proactive controls automation and technical support Troubleshoot complex control systems and analyze performance metrics Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize material handling equipment (MHE) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative projects Work with state-of-the-art technology including conveyors, sortation systems, and SCADA devicesWhat You'll Need Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or automation engineering, or 2+ years of relevant experience Experience with PLC programming or automation engineering Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays Understanding, maintaining, and troubleshooting material handling control systems (PLC/PC controllers, industrial networks, motor control) Experience monitoring MHE metrics and providing analysis across operations Experience with HMI and control network components, including maintenance, troubleshooting, programming and designWhat's On Offer Competitive compensation package with sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs) Comprehensive healthcare benefits starting on Day 1 Matching 401(k) program Up to 20 weeks of paid parental leaveApply via Haystack today!
