Production Worker

Cryopak is an innovative, cold chain & temperature-controlled packaging solutions manufacturer, for pharmaceutical, life science, biotech, food, and electronic companies. Cryopak helps to maintain the integrity of our customer’s products through the design, testing and manufacturing of packaging and materials for shipping cold chain products. We also provide the hardware and software for temperature verification along the distribution process.HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE (Overview & Key Responsibilities)As a Production Worker, you will perform a variety of operational functions related to the manufacturing of Temperature Control Packaging and related products as per the Cryopak Quality Policy and Manufacturing Procedures including production, inspection, and packaging of finished goods.Perform a variety of manual labor related to production including, but not limited to, handling, repeated handling, push, pull, lift, and assembly. Using any machinery or equipment required to accomplish any designated assignment once training is provided.Load, unload, pack, and palletize goods up to 40lbs multiple times a day.Record specified production information thoroughly, and accurately in work order package. Perform quality checks to ensure Cryopak standards and requirements are met.Maintain designated work area clean and follow good housekeeping practices.WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Qualifications)High School Diploma or GED equivalentPrevious experience in manufacturing a plus.Ability to read and understand EnglishWHAT WILL SET YOU APART (Competencies)Ability to multitaskAbility to perform basic mathematical operations.Read and understand product specifications.Ability to bend, reach, kneel, and stand for extended period of time.
