Job Overview

Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and refine generative AI models utilizing frameworks such as TensorFlow and machine learning/AI-based analysis techniques.
* Implement scalable model training pipelines leveraging cloud services like AWS and machine learning cloud platforms to handle large datasets efficiently.
* Conduct statistical modeling and analysis for research purposes, ensuring rigorous evaluation of AI models for accuracy and robustness.
* Develop data pipelines using ETL tools like Talend and Hadoop to prepare big data for training and analysis, ensuring data quality and integrity.
* Collaborate on database design and optimize SQL databases for efficient data retrieval essential for model training and deployment.
* Deploy AI models into production environments, ensuring scalability, performance, and seamless integration with existing systems.
* Utilize natural language processing (NLP) techniques for language understanding tasks within generative AI applications.
* Engage in statistical analysis tools such as R and SAS for research insights, supporting predictive modeling analysis and statistical validation of models.
* Implement model evaluation strategies using machine learning frameworks like Spark implementation to enhance model accuracy and reliability.
* Contribute to the development of data mining strategies and big data systems utilizing Hadoop, Spark, and other analytics tools to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.
Experience
* Proven experience in developing and deploying generative AI models with a strong background in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or similar platforms.
* Hands-on expertise in big data systems including Hadoop, Spark, and related technologies for large-scale data processing.
* Demonstrated proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), with a focus on AI implementation and model training workflows.
* Strong understanding of statistical analysis tools like R or SAS for research-driven insights and model validation.
* Experience working with SQL databases, data analytics platforms like Looker or Talend, and cloud services such as AWS or other machine learning cloud services.
* Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), predictive modeling analysis, data mining techniques, and scalability considerations in AI solutions.
* Familiarity with quantum engineering concepts is a plus but not required; a passion for innovative technology is essential.
* Prior involvement in developing scalable AI models that support natural language understanding or generative tasks is highly desirable.
