StaffMED Health Partners is collaborating with a rapidly growing one-of-a-kind Neuroscience Institute in the Chicagoland area, where their singular goal is to provide world-class neurosciences care through an innovative, personalized approach for patients in Chicagoland and beyond. We are actively seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible, Fellowship-Trained Sleep Surgeon to join our dynamic, complex multidisciplinary subspecialty team. The ideal candidate will have specialized expertise in the surgical management of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and related sleep disorders, and will thrive in a collaborative, innovation-focused environment.Perks and Benefits:Aggressive compensation package not predicated on wRVUsSalary Range: $300,000 - $500,000 annuallyEmployed position within a rapidly expanding Neuroscience service lineSign-on bonus and relocation assistanceComprehensive benefits package including generous PTO, CME allowance, meeting time, and 401(k)Paid occurrence-based malpractice insurance with tail coverageCap-exempt H-1B visa sponsorship availableStrong administrative and leadership supportPractice Highlights/Qualifications:Provide advanced surgical treatment for OSA and upper airway disordersPerform a wide range of sleep and ENT procedures including:Inspire hypoglossal nerve stimulationUPPPSeptoplasty, nasal and palatal proceduresAdditional general ENT procedures as neededLead multidisciplinary sleep rounds collaborating with Pulmonology, Neurology, Oral Maxillofacial Surgery, General Otolaryngology, and other sleep medicine specialtiesParticipate in general ENT call schedule and evaluate some general ENT patientsOpportunity to contribute to an active publishing and research team with strong institutional resourcesMD/DO from an accredited institutionCompletion of an ACGME-accredited Otolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery residencyFellowship training in Sleep Surgery requiredBoard-certified or board-eligible in OtolaryngologyEligible for Illinois medical licensureStrong communication skills and commitment to patient-centered careCommunity/Lifestyle: Northern suburbs of Chicago with easy access to downtown amenitiesDiverse neighborhoods, top schools, dining, arts, and outdoor recreationConvenient access to major airports and regional travelThe 509-bed campus is a comprehensive stroke center and represents one of the largest facilities in northern suburbs of Chicago and the largest campus within the Health System. The team, led by internationally recognized neurosurgeons and provides comprehensive and personalized treatment for a wide range of neurological conditions. They are experts in brain tumors, spinal, ear, head & neck, eye procedures, cerebrovascular diseases, pituitary disorders, skull base diseases, facial pain, cranial nerve disorders, and general neurology.
