Planning Supervisor (Supply Chain)

Join us if you want to make something great, from scratch!Responsibilities:Replenishment PlanningDevelop and manage replenishment plans based on actual demand, forecasts, and inventory policies.Monitor inventory levels (min–max, safety stock) to ensure product availability while avoiding overstock.Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Purchasing to address inventory shortages or slow-moving stock.Propose improvements to replenishment strategies to optimize cash flow and inventory costs.Production PlanningDevelop and control short-term, mid-term, and long-term production plans.Balance demand with production capacity, manpower, and equipment.Monitor production progress and manage changes or risks impacting the plan.Work closely with Production, QA, and Warehouse teams to ensure feasible and on-time production plans.Material PlanningPlan raw materials, components, and semi-finished goods in alignment with production plans.Ensure materials are available in the right quantity and at the right time to avoid production disruption.Coordinate with Purchasing/Sourcing to manage lead times and resolve material shortages.Control material inventory, shelf life, and obsolescence risks.Overall Planning & Company-wide PlanningConsolidate and manage the overall planning for the entire company.Act as the focal point for new or ad-hoc planning requirements (new products, new projects, strategic changes).Analyze data, assess risks, and propose appropriate planning scenarios.Develop and standardize planning processes, templates, and reports.Reporting & Continuous ImprovementPrepare periodic reports on planning status, inventory, production, and risks.Propose continuous improvements to planning processes, systems, and tools.Support the implementation of ERP systems, Excel-based tools, or planning software.Coach and guide planning team members (if applicable).Authority & Decision MakingPropose and adjust planning plans within assigned responsibilities.Recommend changes to inventory policies and production plans when risks arise.Coordinate cross-functionally to resolve issues affecting the supply chain.Requirements:Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in related field.5+ years of experience in materials planning, purchasing, supply chain or a related position.Proactive and highly responsible.Good communication skills, both verbal and written.Proficiency in Office software and material management systems (Odoo, MRP, SAP etc…)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Benefits:Salary: negotiable.Meal support according to company policy.Social insurance.MIC insurance.Discount price to buy a Dat Bike.Location:Dat Bike Factory, Lot II-1, Road No. 1, CN2 Group, Tan Binh Industrial Park, Tay Thanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
