Advanced Press Operator 1st Shift

Advanced Press OperatorMolded Dimensions Group manufactures rubber and urethane mechanical components used in a variety of industries from heavy machines to small engines, marine, waste management, automotive, medical food processing, construction and mining.We are seeking an Advanced Press Operator with 3+ years of hands-on press experience to operate rubber molding presses. This role requires strong attention to detail, process awareness, and a solid understanding of rubber compounds, tooling, and quality requirements. The ideal candidate can work independently, troubleshoot basic issues, and consistently produce quality parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.1st shift hours: 5am - 1pm Monday-FridayOperate and monitor 12", 17" and/or 24" rubber molding presses according to work instructions, process sheets, and safety standardsLoad and unload molds with rubber compounds and/or inserts and finished partsMonitor cycle times, temperatures, pressures, and cure timesPerform in-process inspections to ensure parts meet quality and dimensional requirementsWork closely with leads, technicians, and quality personnel to meet production goalsWorks with process sheets to perform production molding of components in accordance with established policies and proceduresMaintains an adequate supply of raw materials for the machinePosition and secure inserts and load rubber into machineRemove finished products from machines, using hand tools, air hoses and other equipmentPerform manual clipping, trimming, sorting and assembly tasks to parts produced to meet customer requirementsPerform quality inspections per company standardsEffectively communicate with management, engineers, maintenance and other operators any condition that is or will adversely affect the machine and equipment performanceAdheres to all safety standards and identifies and reports any unsafe conditionsFollow use of all required PPEPerform all other duties as requestedEducation and/or Experience3+ years press operating experienceHigh School Diploma or GEDAbility to multi-taskHigh level attention to detailDependabilityAble to lift up to 50 poundsStanding or walking 8-10 hours a dayWhat We OfferHourly rate Up to $23/hrWeekly paychecksFun, casual work environmentAdvancement opportunitiesVoluntary overtimeCompetitive pay with benefits starting 1st of month after 30 daysMedical with HRA, dental, vision, life insurance, short/long term disability.401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysAbout Us: Rubber, Urethane, Plastics:Based in Port Washington, WI, Molded Dimensions Group is a premier provider of custom parts for companies seeking reliability, versatility and a strategic approach from a manufacturer and supplier.
