We are deeply focused on measurable outcomes and building products that create meaningful, lasting change in people's lives.About the RoleAs Office Coordinator, you support a positive and productive workplace by overseeing daily office operations, facility's needs, vendors, and weekly lunches. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication to create a seamless employee experience.This part-time contract position is based in our office in Mountain View, CA and will be required to be in the office 5 days a week, Monday-Friday.What You'll DoHandle incoming and outgoing mail and/or packages to keep the office running smoothlyAssist accounting with check depositsSupport new-hire onboarding by coordinating facility-related items (office supplies, Caltrain passes, security badges, etc.)Contact building management on facilities-related issuesImplement cleaning schedules, coordinate cleanliness standards, and conduct routine office maintenanceOrder company lunches and all snack and beverage purchasesMaintain and organize office and kitchen suppliesSet up conference rooms for presentations, meetings, classes, and other eventsSupport in coordinating celebratory events and happy hoursWhat You'll Bring To The Role2-4 years' experience in administration or office managementA passion for maintaining an exceptional office environmentAn approachable can-do attitude with a keen eye for detailStrong administrative skills with the ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgencyResourceful mindset that enjoys working in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in MS Office Suite and other technologiesThe salary range for this part-time contract position is $24-$27 per hour.
