Job Role: Project Engineer Location: Berkeley, Missouri (Onsite) Duration: 12+ MonthsPay Range: $85-90/hrCompetitive and commensurate with experienceIntroductionThe *** Company is seeking a dedicated individual to join the Defense Engineering Team on our F-15 program. This role supports the Airframe Engineering team, contributing to the success of the F-15 program.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or equivalent qualifications related to the work statement3 years of experience with Project Management3 years of experience working in a cross-functional environment with all levels of business from individual contributors to executive leadership3 years of experience with business operations and/or business process improvements3 years of experience using Client Products, or other project management toolsExperience working directly with Engineering TeamsExperience leading/managing projects associated with production engineering, manufacturing engineering, and/or supply chainPrior work experience at client or in client's IndustryApplicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2Preferred Skills & Qualifications5 years of experience communicating with executive audiences5 years of experience collaborating internally across multiple organizationsExperience leading a team either formally or informally, mentoring, and supporting team membersExperience in Program Management, Compliance, Risk Management, and FinanceDay-to-Day ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with key team members to help align priorities and key activitiesSupport weekly and monthly meetings including Staff, PMM, ECAPA, ECAB metrics generation, and chart preparationMaintain program trackers, calendars, and documentation to ensure consistent executionMonitor performance and assist control account managers with opportunities/risks, earned value management, discrete updates, and variancesMaintain the facilities and equipment plan for the Airframe Engineering TeamMonitor airframe business execution metrics such as CDRLs, staffing, on-time release, Engineering first pass quality, and noncompliance performanceManage updates for Risks Issues and Opportunity reviewsLead project kickoffs, creation of BOEs, and senior Leader reviewsCoordinate staffing with functional teams, maintenance of AP, and onboarding new teammatesSupport planning, coordination, and execution of engagement programs including recognition, surveys, employee listening, and eventsDraft and publish internal communications tailored to local audiencesCompany Benefits & CultureComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchingOpportunities for professional development and career growthFor immediate consideration please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex.
