Procurement Specialist

ESO Management (part of the Ortho Sport and Spine Physicians family of companies) is looking to add a Buyer/Planner to our team. ESO Management is the shared services company that supports multiple different businesses across a wide spectrum of industries. In this role you will play a critical part in ensuring we properly manage our spend while ensuring our clinicians have what they need to provide top notch service to our patients.Duties and ResponsibilitiesControl the entire Procurement to Pay cycleGenerate PosManage the PO life cycle (timing, receipt of goods, verifications through others, etc.)Conduct Invoice Analysis - are we getting the right goods at the right priceMaintain the Vendor DatabaseSupport the Procurement Director via bid analysis and spend analyticsDeal compliance and tier pricing - Are we getting what we are supposed to get and are we maximizing our contractual pricing and rebate opportunitiesContact Management - what do we have in place, when does it expire, and how do we maximize themExposure to Hybrant (you will be responsible for maintaining the system)Volume/projection and demand forecast - The successful candidate will help Procurement understand what we have consumed and what we need to purchase on forward POsLicensing Review and Management - ensuring we are only paying for things we are consumingWhite label / cost savings opportunitiesLeasing analytics (equipment, facilities, etc.)No direct reportsPosition RequirementsMinimum 5 years' experience in procurementMinimum EducationUndergraduate Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or another related fieldOrtho Sport and Spine Physicians is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in its employment practices based on race, religion, sex, color, national origin, age, disability, citizenship, genetic information, veteran status, military service, or any other characteristic protected by federal law or Georgia law.J-18808-Ljbffr
