Marketing and Communications Specialist
Key Responsibilities Create and update marketing materials in both digital and print formats. Create and manage social media posts, presence and footprint. Maintain consistent branding through all platforms and media. Maintain and organize the digital asset library on the server. Design, edit, and coordinate production of branded materials such as note cards, folders, stickers, name tags, banners, event signage, table skirts, and promotional giveaway items. Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Marketing and Sales Enablement tools, such as HubSpot and our App. Create, manage and evaluate marketing campaigns to promote key seasonal, featured or new items with procurement and sales. Summary of Duties: Lead the execution of marketing initiatives, branded content, customer communications, and sales enablement efforts across digital, print, HubSpot, and mobile app platforms. Coordinate and support company events, tours, meetings, and promotions by managing planning, logistics, scheduling, and crossfunctional collaboration. Capture, create, and manage photography and video content for the website, mobile app, social media, and other digital marketing channels. Support and grow the company’s social media presence through content creation, scheduling, engagement, and collaboration on strategic marketing initiatives. Serve as the internal subject matter expert for HubSpot and the company app by managing user access, training, reporting, campaigns, promotions, and platform optimization. Create and distribute timely customer and company communications, including promotional messaging, business updates, and urgent notifications. Develop and coordinate branded materials, signage, sponsorships, and special marketing projects to maintain a consistent company image across all touchpoints. Support seasonal initiatives, customer appreciation projects, and additional business needs through handson coordination and creative execution. Qualifications 24 years of experience in marketing, communications, sales enablement, or a related field. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative. Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and brand consistency. Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills. Comfort with marketing technology platforms and emerging AI tools. Excellent technical aptitude and willingness to learn new systems. Experience with photography and video production, including shooting and editing. A portfolio is required at the time of application.
