Canvass Manager
Poulin Design Center has been a local, family-owned remodeling company for over 40 years! We are looking for a Canvass Manager who fits our company culture, is innovative, has integrity, and will help us continue our reputation of above and beyond customer service and quality work.
Canvass Manager Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalency; 2 (+) year(s) of door-to-door canvassing and sales experience; knowledge of home remodeling, solar, and Marketplace products, preferred.
A passion for interior design and solar energy.
Exceptional verbal, written, digital, and mathematical proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Connecteam.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, time management, and organizational skills.
Decision-making, problem-solving, and adaptability to challenges.
Canvasser Responsibilities:
Attend goal-setting meetings with Sales Managers and events team.
Recruit Brand Ambassadors to hire and train alongside the Human Resources Department.
Represent our brand at big-box store pop-ups, home-shows, and Marketplace.
Collect leads and set appointments for our team through events and canvassing.
