Production Maintenance Worker - Compressed A Shift

Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world.The successful candidate will be part of a manufacturing assembly team that is involved with microelectronic components. You will have annual training requirements in topics ranging from safety, hazardous materials, quality systems, and other topics.Compressed A-Shift Scheduled Hours: Sunday Tuesday and every other Wednesday 6:00 AM 6:30 PM onsite.What You Will Do:Manual assembly tasks, solder, operating semi and automated processing equipment, operating ovens, using a microscope to perform and inspect workSit and stand for prolonged periodFollow detailed written work instructions using our Factory Operating System (FOS), create nonconformances in FOS, and perform reworkCommunicate effectively, multi-task, and be flexible with the work assignmentsPerform repetitive tasks in accordance with an established, proven process and perform in-process inspection in accordance with company standards and customer specificationsQualifications You Must Have:Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) or vocational/ technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experienceExperience in a microelectronics manufacturing environment within the aerospace or defense industryQualifications We Prefer:Solder experience to Military and/or ANSI/J standards is highly desiredMicroelectronic assembly experienceStrong safety focusPositive attitude and teaming skills neededDemonstrated drive for continuous improvementA successful candidate would be able to accomplish daily work tasks with minimal supervisionHand/finger dexterity and attention to detailBasic computer and math skillsAbility to read and interpret engineering drawingsEffective time management skills are a mustWhat We Offer:Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.
