Additional responsibilities include setting up floor, hands-on management during service, payroll and administrative duties, and on-going training. This position reports to the Director of Outlets & Beverage.The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $75,000. Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience; all our salaried roles are eligible for bonus.Job Posting DeadlineApplications for this position will be accepted until March 22, 2026.Essential Job Functions/Key Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for managing, coaching, correcting employees, maintaining a positive atmosphere & upholding standardAssist in interviewing, selection, training and retention of employeesProduce weekly schedules according to budget and forecasted numbersResponsible for the financial success of the operationConducts daily inspection of restaurant and equipment to ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling and hygiene standardsManages inventory and purchases food and suppliesComplete and assign daily preparation listsCommunicate with Director of Outlets & Beverage as needed regarding inventory, ordering and menu details such as pricing informationEnsures customer satisfaction with all aspects of the restaurant and dining experienceOther duties as assignedQualificationsEducation & Experience Requirements* 2 years of management experience in a Food Service environment required* Hospitality management related degree preferredKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesKnowledge of purchasing, scheduling and payroll systems requiredProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareProficient written and verbal communication skills English skills, Spanish a plusKnowledge of food handling, safety and other restaurant guidelinesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent time management skillsStrong supervisory and leadership skillsAbility to manage difficult or emotional situations whether they be customer or employee relatedAbility to work under stressful circumstancesAbility to delegate work to othersAdditional InformationWork Environment & Physical DemandsAbility to reach, crouch, kneel, stand, walk or be on your feet for extended periods of timeRegularly work in wet, hot and humid conditions for extended periods of time and may be required to walk on slippery and uneven surfacesMust be able to occasionally lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs. individually or with assistance (weight limits can vary according to position, but no more than 50)Job BenefitsThis position is categorized as a regular full-time position eligible for the following benefits:Enrollment dates differ across the various programs.Health, Dental and Vision Insurance ProgramsFlexible Spending Account ProgramsLife Insurance ProgramsPaid Time Off ProgramsPaid Leave Programs401(k) Savings PlanEmployee Ski Pass and Dependent Ski PassesOther company perksThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
