The Controllerpartners closely with plant managers, supply chain, and executive leadership tosupport profitable growth and ensure compliance with state and federalregulations. Responsibilities include: EnsureGAAP-compliant financial statements and consolidated reporting Standardizeaccounting processes across states and facilities Lead month‐endclose, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all plants Maintain andstrengthen internal controls and audit readiness Overseestandard costing, cost roll‐ups, and cost updates across all plants Manageinventory valuation for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods acrosslocations Lead cyclecounts and physical inventory at each facility Partner withplant leadership to improve cost visibility and reduce waste Ensurecompliance with state‐specific tax, payroll, and regulatory requirements Supportcapital expenditure planning and ROI analysis for multiple facilities Collaboratewith supply chain, production, and engineering to optimize operations Evaluate andimprove financial systems, reporting tools, and ERP/MRP utilization Providefinancial insights to support strategic decisions, expansions, andacquisitions Build aculture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement Coordinatetraining and ensure consistent financial practices company‐wide Manage long-term project accounting activities,including budgeting, tracking,estimate to complete, and financialreporting Role may evolve into higher-level financial leadershipbased on performance and organizational needs About You: Bachelor'sdegree in accounting or finance; MBA or CPA preferred. 7–10+ yearsof progressive accounting experience, including manufacturing Expert-levelproficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions) with data analysiscapabilities Proficiencywith QuickBooks and Microsoft Access Strongbackground and knowledge of Epicor ERP/MRP system Experiencein a mid-size manufacturing company ($50M-$100M+) Strongknowledge of GAAP, job cost accounting, and inventory management Strongunderstanding of revenue recognition using percentage-of-completion inequipment manufacturing Stronginterpersonal skills with a collaborative approach and excellentcommunication abilities across all levels of the organization Ability towork Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm If you are interested injoining a stable, growth-oriented, and innovative organization where you canmake a difference, we want to hear from you!
