ResponsibilitiesPower BI DeveloperLocation: US AustinType: ContractDepartment: DigitalSummaryWe are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable data visualization solutions that support strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will work closely with client stakeholders to translate business requirements into insightful dashboards and reports, while ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and usability.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement data-driven BI solutions aligned with business objectivesCollaborate with client stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and business goalsAnalyze and evaluate datasets from multiple sources; identify data gaps and propose solutionsDevelop and optimize data models, ETL processes, and data pipelines for Power BIBuild interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize KPIs and business metricsEnsure efficient data collection and integration from various client systemsHandle sensitive data in compliance with data governance and security protocolsMonitor and analyze KPIs to measure business performance and initiative successPresent dashboards, reports, and demos to client stakeholders and leadership teamsEligibility RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field5+ years of experience in data analytics, BI development, and stakeholder reportingStrong expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, report optimization)Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases and data warehousing conceptsStrong experience in designing dashboards and presenting insightsAbility to communicate complex analytical findings clearly and effectivelyExperience working in client-facing rolesAbility to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPreferred QualificationsKnowledge of ETL tools and data engineering conceptsFamiliarity with data governance and security best practicesIn the US, the target base salary for this role is $140000. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
