CNC Programmers

*Now looking for CNC Setup Programmer in Fairfield, OH!**Shift:* 1st M-F 6am-2:30pm*Rate: *$25-30/hrPosition OverviewSeeking a *Sr. CNC Programmer* with strong fabrication experience and a hands-on manufacturing mindset. This role is responsible for CNC programming, material nesting, machine scheduling, and CMTR/material traceability while working closely with engineering, production, and shop floor teams to keep operations running efficiently.ResponsibilitiesCreate efficient 2D nesting layouts to maximize material usage.Program CNC laser, plasma, waterjet, and punch machines (G-code).Convert 3D models into accurate flat patterns with proper bend allowances.Review and clean CAD files before production.Optimize CNC machine schedules using PEP software.Coordinate with production scheduling to meet delivery deadlines.Sequence and release CNC work orders to maximize throughput.Monitor and adjust schedules based on production priorities.Manage CMTR documentation and ensure full material traceability.Maintain compliance with customer, vendor, and Navy requirements.Troubleshoot programming, scheduling, and production issues on the shop floor.Drive continuous process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.Qualifications2–4+ years of CNC programming in a fabrication/manufacturing environment.Experience programming laser, plasma, waterjet, or punch machines.Proficient with CAD/CAM software (SigmaNEST, ProNest, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).Experience with PEP software and ERP/MRP systems (Epicor, JobBOSS, SAP, or similar).Strong G-code programming, blueprint reading, and GD&T knowledge.Experience with material nesting optimization and CMTR/material traceability.Comfortable working on the production floor and solving real-time manufacturing issues.High School Diploma/GED required.CNC Programming certification required.Associate degree in a technical field preferred.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.BenefitsMedical, Dental & Vision InsuranceLife & Disability Insurance401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time Off & Paid HolidaysPaid Parental LeaveTuition Reimbursement#IND2Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hourWork Location: In person
