DescriptionDiscover your exciting roleThe Manager Controlling is responsible for leading the month‑end and year‑end closing processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting. Oversees the annual budgeting cycle and quarterly forecasting activities, delivering clear financial insights that support strategic decision‑making. Maintains and analyzes key business performance metrics while acting as a trusted advisor to operational leadership to drive efficiencies, strengthen financial discipline, and support continuous improvement across the organization.Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities Responsible for monthly reporting to Senior Managment in the Division and Corporate Management Ensures corporate policies are properly adhered to Supports operational business and ensures ERP processes and transactions are followed and transacted properly Contact person for the year-end audit Correct valuation of raw materials, finished goods and work-in-progress inventories in ERP as well as development and rollout of overhead allocation methodology Managing cash flow and NWC Reporting the profitability of products/orders Cost and MFG variance analysis Support and provide anlaysis to the projects team for compiling customer quotes and evaluating feasibility as well as participation in higher-level projects Conducting variance and ad hoc analyses Close cooperation with the regions as well as advising those responsible for operations Evaluation and implementation of ERP systems Act as business advisor to the operations teamShow Your ExpertiseMinimum Requirements:Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting, business administration or equivalent educational background5+ years of experience in a similar role in comparable industryExperience in a Manufacturing and inventory operations environment strongly preferred.PreferredWritten and verbal skills/ Mathematical skills/ Reasoning abilityExperience with ERP systemsExperience with ERP configuration and implementation is an advantageExperience in a manufacturing environment is an advantageThoroughness, accuracy, independence and excellent communication skillsKnowledge of MS Office Suite and SQLKnowledge of ERP data tables and using query tools such as Power BI to compile and aggregate dataContactYou want to be part of the Exyte team?
