Product DesignerWhat you'll do:Work directly with CEO on overall strategy and decision-making about product directionWork with the product team to take ambiguous product ideas and turn them into clear requirements, flows, interactions, and design interfaces.Create flows, interactions, and designs for multi-surface products: desktop app, web dashboard, notifications, AI outputs, etc.Rapidly prototype ideas (Figma, interactive mocks) to test with customersCreate and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals, as well as provide thoughtful feedback for others doing the same so you can all do your best workCollaborate with engineers to ensure designs are buildable, performant, and scalableCreate reusable components, patterns, and documentation as the product scalesCollaboratively define metrics and data points to collect and measure design effectivenessRun lightweight user research, usability tests, and feedback loops with real operatorsHelp deliver and refine clear storytelling around product needs and opportunitiesContribute to our design org's culture by participating in design critiques, mentoring peers, and sharing best practices across teamsWe'd love to hear from you if you have:3+ years of work or equivalent experience designing UX and UI for a software product of similar scale and complexityGreat attention to detail and a strong eye for visual craft, such as composition, typography, and layout of modern AI productsFluency in interaction design and prototyping in Figma and related tools, to express and refine nuanced design decisionsA track record of independently driving design processes from discovery through launch—balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goalsThe ability to guide decision-making with structured thinking, clearly articulated rationale, and user-centered researchExperience with data-driven decision making in the design process, defining metrics and data points to evaluate and measure design effectivenessWhile it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have:Experience designing information tools, workflows, or systems that support company operationsExperience researching, prototyping, or building products with AI and other emerging tools to uncover new patterns for agentic experiencesExperience with consumer applicationsWhat we offer:Competitive salary and equityFree meals on in-office daysUberEats creditsHealth insurance coverage (medical, dental, and vision)Equinox and other fitness/wellness membershipsTransportation stipendFlexible time off
